Sleeping at night or day time

I usually sleep at night but sometimes at day time. It is because I work at all night once in a week.

However, it is not good for me to sleep at day time. Sleeping different time give me some bad things. For example, feel exhausted, be disturbed life rhythm, and so on.

Do you often sleep at night or day time? If you know good things for our body to reduce fatigue, please tell me about that. I will try them.
