Sleeping at night or day time

I usually sleep at night but sometimes at day time. It is because I work at all night once in a week.

However, it is not good for me to sleep at day time. Sleeping different time give me some bad things. For example, feel exhausted, be disturbed life rhythm, and so on.

Do you often sleep at night or day time? If you know good things for our body to reduce fatigue, please tell me about that. I will try them.

Runners have some problems

Runners have some problems on their body, I think.

I’m  also a runner and have a problem now. I have lower back pain. One year ago, I got lower back pain and went to see a doctor. And there, doctor said to me, “you had a herniated disc in your back.” So I took care of myself and half month later, I didn’t feel pain in my back anymore.

However, today I went to running and after that I worked at convenience store, and then, I felt pain in my lower back. This place is same as before. 

Now, it’s difficult to crouch down because I feel pain.

I will go to see a doctor if the pain doesn’t lose on Monday. Maybe it’s better than let it go I think.

New Year 2022

2021 has gone and new year started yesterday. 

I wanna write ambition of this year here. I have two things what I wanna do.

First, I’d like to start studying Spanish. I’ve been to Fiji and study English last year. And there I could learn English. At the same time, I wanna study another language I thought. So I will start study Spanish from vocabulary.

Next, I will look for new job. Now, I’m working as a part time worker but I think I should work as a full time worker for the future. I would like to work with using English if I can.

These two things are what I wanna do this year.
